Did I tell ya that I got roped into putting together a 50pg scrapbook for someone else?!!! Well, this very nice lady came into the store on Wednesday. I helped her pick out an album and all the supplies she would need to get started on a scrapbook for her parents' 50th Wedding anniversary. Come to find out, she's never scrapped before and the anniversary party is next weekend!!! She all but begged me to put it together for her. So, of course I said yes because I've not got a FULL plate, do I???
Well, I got all the papers trimmed at cheer practice on Thursday. Thankfully the gym has a couple folding tables. Had to work the UFC Fight at the convention center last night. (That's a whole 'nother story!) So today is the first chance I've had to start layouts. Here's the cover page. 1 down... 49 more to go!

Class Samples

Hey, I'm feeling guilty about not making it in to the store today, so I decided to work on the samples for my upcoming JustRite Stamper Class. This card was made from old paper scraps, a ribbon scrap, and the Birthday Stamp Ensemble from JRS. (The stamp set and the oval block are included in the $35 class fee!)

I'm doing a class next month (per request) for the Just Rite Stampers. These kits are really versatile and a lot of fun. We'll be making FOUR projects, and the class fee includes a $25 stamper set!!

Summer thunderstorm

Wow!! Serious thunder and lightning going on in southern Summerville!! Picture does NOT do it justice. My whole chest is reverberating from the thunder, and the lightning actually looks angry. It's wild out here. Guess I better go in though cuz the kids are worring about me being on the back porch.
