CHA Winter 2010

Mom and Amber are having a blast (without me!) shopping at the annual craft and hobby tradeshow in Anaheim, California.  They are walking that 8Linear miles everyday, just for y'all.  The celebrity citings are numerous and the delighted squeals are even higher.  Wait til you see all the awesomeness that they are ordering for the store.  Here they are in the obligatory picture with the Craft god himself... CHA Sneak Peeks begin!

Oh girlies - grab up your skirts and hold on tight.  I am lovin' what's a comin'!!  I was up at The Pinkhouse yesterday from 3pm-3am (no lie!) writing up orders for our favorite Charleston Scrapbooking store.  :)  I'll be posting picture peeks of some of the goodies heading this way everyday...ish.

Let's start with some Donna Downey, shall we?  She's releasing a new line of canvas bags: totes, camera bags, etc.  Love this one that she made for the PRIMA booth at CHA.

I'm miserable.

I hate being sick! My head hurts, my nose is running like a faucet turned on, my eyes are watering. It's just awful. I was sneezing so badly yesterday that I had to leave school early... Missed class the first week back. Not good. I also missed out on Friday Crop last night 'cause I was home in bed with the covers pulled up. That's pretty much how I'll be spending today. :(

Crafter's cramp

So happy to say that I have been such a good crafter in 2010!! I already told ya about starting the year off scrappin with my kiddoes. Well, over the weekend I completed the BasicGrey Calendar Kit and I made a Cookie Recipe mini album. Today, I completed EIGHT, count 'em 8, layouts! Granted - the layouts were for a customer, but that still goes in my completed project column. Thinkin' maybe I'm trying to cram as much creative time in before school starts back for me on Monday?

2010 - Day 1

Spending New Year's Day crafting with my girls. It doesn't get better than this! *Phia said "I've fallen in love with Grungeboard. You're gonna have to buy some more!" She's only 9, but she's got good taste and definitely has a talent for art. *Zadie (7) is loving Stickles, and Bella (6) is a natural at stamping (much better than her momma.) *Zoe (13) is now a big chipboard fan, and she's always been into Prima flowers. Can't imagine where she got that from! We have a big 8 seat dining room table, but the encroaching has begun. :)
Bella just asked if she could get a Xyron for her birthday. I think I'm gonna cry!
