Right now the calendar page on the site seems blank, but there is a link above it that takes you to the actual calendar.  I'll have that switched around shortly, but at least you have access to our Class & Event Schedule still.

Annual Fall Yard Sale

 
It's less than 3 weeks away...  Are you kidding me????

I've just now begun going thru my stuff to see what I can purge.  Call me crazy, but I like the whole "out-with-the-old-in-with-the-new" process.  Plus, it makes room for all brand new stuff!! 

Do your self a favor:  call the Pinkhouse (yes, I still call it that!) right now with your credit card # or come by with your $5 to get your seller #.  Do it right away.  That gives you two weeks-ish to go thru your stuff and pull out what you aren't using.  Bag it all up, slap a low yard-sale price on it, and bring it in to the shop.  Let the Charleston Scrapbooking crew do the rest. 

We hold the sale on Sat. Nov 14th from 8am-Noon.  Sellers need not be present, but they generally don't want to miss out on the other incredible deals either.  100% of your sales is returned to you in store credit.  So now you've not only made room in your craft space, but you've traded in old stuff for brand-spankin-new goodies!!

BASIC GREY!!

Finally - We (Charleton Scrapbooking) are now carrying BASIC GREY.  So now we have Lemonade, Junebug, Nook & Pantry, Indian Summer, and Eskimo Kisses.  Yummmy!

Robin rocks it!

Congratulations to Robin for successfully teaching her first class. T!m Holtz has nothin' on her "radical" techniques. :) Each Wednesday for the next 2 months, Robin is teaching 2 of the "12 Tags of Christmas". For only $15, you get to make two large tags while playing w/ distress inks, crackle paint, embossing powders, metal notions, ribbons, and much more. You'll definitely want a Non-stick craft mat for this juicy class. Give us a call if you want a spot in next week's class. Robin will get started at 6:30pm. Robin rocks!

Scrappin' at The Charleston House

It is so funny...  Mom and I (mostly me) decided to change our store name because we're no longer in a pink house.  We've been open for a month now already, but neither of us can get used to saying "Charleston Scrapbooking".  A few of our customers have expressed a sadness that the name changed, but that's because we all have so many great memories at "The Pink House!"

Well ladies, it's time to start making new memories.  Even though Mom and I sometimes stutter when we're answering the phone "Scrappin' at - uh, I mean Thanks for calling Charleston Scrapbooking", we love-love-love the new store.  This space is just amazing.

Don't worry, though...  We will all still be "Pink House girls"!!

Zoe's bff

How cute are they? My daughter's friend came running into the new store and they screamed and hugged like only teenage girls can do. Zoe hasn't seen her best friends much since we left Hanahan. I'm glad to see them getting back in touch. Looks like there will be a sleepover next weekend for Halloween. Scary!! (You know I'll take pictures, though. And I've got some great papers to scrap 'em on. Oh, and I just put out some $1 wood holiday stamps. Perfect for the invitations!) :) Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile

MIA

Well, I feel like I have been "missing in action" for a while. Home life and school have been hard to keep up with lately, so Mom and the girls (shout out to Bramber & Amby!) have been handling the chaos without me. The back room/crop area/class room looks like a tornado came thru. No joke. There is so much new product to put out. Mom has most of it organized into her famous (infamous) clear tubs, so as not to prevent y'all from seeing it all. :)

What's new, you say? Well, I'm so glad you asked! My favorites of course are the flowers and bling.
*The PRIMA's are going fast, so if you want any - you'd better get in here quick.
*We also just got Imaginisce flowers, ribbons, stamps & bling.
*The new Swarovski Crystals from Jolee's are to die for! We even got in the cool "hot_fix" tool, so you can bling out just about anything!!
